Dinarventomx Educación Financiera, A.C., with registered offices at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 296, floor 8, Col. Juárez, 06600, Mexico City, is the controller of your personal data.
2. Data we collect
We collect only the data we truly need: full name, email address, city and, when relevant, telephone number. We never request financial or banking information.
3. Purposes of processing
To deliver educational newsletters, invitations to informational sessions, downloadable materials and to answer contact requests. We do not commercialise or sell personal data.
4. ARCO rights
You can exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition by writing to privacidad@dinarventomx.com. We reply within a maximum of 20 working days.
5. Data transfer
We only share data when required by a competent authority. Our servers are located in Mexico and the European Union under equivalent security standards.
